You can do it from just about any Google page, such as your Gmail or a Google Doc.

Sign out options

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app .
2. In the top right, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Manage accounts on this device.
4. Choose your account.
5. At the bottom, tap Remove account.

1. Locate your profile picture in the top right hand corner of the screen.
2. Click on the image to open a dropdown menu.
3. Click “Sign out” on the bottom of the menu.
4. Go to the Google homepage in your mobile browser.

Open the Gmail app on your Android smartphone and tap the Google Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Tap the “Manage Accounts on This Device” option. This will open the “Accounts” screen in Settings. Tap the Gmail account that you want to log out from.

If you use the Gmail app, here’s how to remove your Google account:

1. Open the Gmail app.
2. Select the menu (three stacked lines), then select “Manage Accounts” followed by “Edit.”
3. Tap “Remove” next to the account you want gone, and confirm your choice.
4. Select “Done” on the top left.

When you sign out of one account, you also sign out of all your accounts on that browser:

1. On your computer, go to a Google page, like www.google.com.
2. On the top right, select your profile image or initial.
3. On the menu, choose Sign out .

Remove your account

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gmail app .
2. Select the Menu . Tap the account that’s signed in Manage accounts Edit.
3. Next to the account you’d like to remove, tap Remove. Confirm your choice if asked.
4. On the top left, select Done.

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to MyAccount.Google.com.
3. Click on “Delete your account or services” under Account Preferences.
4. Click “Delete Google Account and data”. Confirm it’s your account. Follow the rest of the process.

On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gmail app . Scroll down, then tap Settings. Tap the Gmail account you’d like to unlink from your other account. Unlink.

Remove a Google or other account from your phone

1. Open your phone’s Settings app.
2. Tap Accounts. If you don’t see “Accounts,” tap Users & accounts.
3. Tap the account you want to remove. Remove account.
4. If this is the only Google Account on the phone, you’ll need to enter your phone’s pattern, PIN, or password for security.

Once you’ve logged in, go to the Google Account Security page, and click on View Activity under Devices & activity….Devices associated with my Google account.

2. Click the Remove button (Figure B)
3. Confirm the removal by clicking Yes.
