To update unique user IDs via CSV:

1. From the Learning Management, click People.
2. From the Users tab, click Manage users , and from the dropdown that appears, select Download All users, or Filtered users.
3. In the Default attributes section, search for Unique user ID, and select it from the dropdown that appears.

2. Log in with this new token to the 3SKey portal and follow the recovery process.
3. Your Unique ID is recovered on the new token.
