Go to the content you want to report. Use the Find Support or Reportlink to report it to us. If you want to report something that goes against our Community Standards but you don’t have an account or can’t see the content (example: someone blocked you) you can ask a friend to help you.

Tap in the bottom right of Facebook.

1. Scroll to the bottom and tap Help & Support.
2. Tap Report a Problem, then tap Continue to Report.
3. Select the Facebook feature you’re having a problem with, then describe what happened.
4. Add a screenshot from your camera roll by tapping Add Image.
5. Tap Send.

We recognize the urgency of responding to time-sensitive reports while content is streaming live. Once you submit a report, you’ll receive a message when your report has been reviewed by Facebook. When you report a live video, keep in mind: The video creator won’t see who reported them.

To report something that you feel goes against Facebook’s Community Standards, the process is relatively simple:

1. Click on the three dots to the right of the post.
2. Choose “Give feedback on this post.”
3. Select the reason you’re reporting the post.

How do I report a live video on Facebook?

1. Tap anywhere on the video to show more options.
2. Tap in the top right of the live video.
3. Tap Give feedback on this video.
4. Select the option that best describes the issue and follow the on-screen instructions.
5. Tap Send, then tap Done.

Click “Report Story or Spam” and then click the radio button next to “Offensive.” The post is then deleted from your News Feed and Facebook will take further steps against the poster, if deemed necessary.

What does reporting someone mean? Facebook will receive and review your complaint. If the person you reported has violated Facebook’s Community Standards, then his or her account will be disabled. Depending on the offense, the account could be disabled permanently.

Go to the Page you want to report by tapping its name in your News Feed or searching for it. Tap Find support or report Page. To give feedback, tap the option that best describes how this Page goes against our Community Standards. Depending on your feedback, you may then be able to submit a report to Facebook.

How do I report a photo or video in a story on Facebook?

1. At the top of your News Feed, go to the Stories section and tap to open the story.
2. Tap to find the photo or video you want to report.
3. Click in the top right.
4. Click Report, then follow the on-screen instructions.

You cannot find out who reported you on Facebook. Facebook keeps this information confidential as it could become a problem if you knew who it was that reported you.

If you find your image or a video posted that you did not authorize, you might try to reach out to the individual who posted it if you know who it is and demand they remove it. If that person refuses, you can then take a legal stance.

To share a video to Facebook you’ll need to have the Facebook for iPad app installed first. Once you’ve got the free Facebook app installed, you’re ready to upload a video (or photo, the process is the same for both). Launch the Facebook app from your iPad homescreen. Sign in to your Facebook account if you haven’t already done so.

iOS for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch has YouTube integration built right in, which makes sharing videos you take on your new iPad easier than ever. Tap on your Photos app and select the video you’d like to share. In the upper right hand corner, click the arrow icon and tap Send to YouTube.

If you don’t want to change settings, just tap Post in the upper right hand corner. If you’d like to tag someone in your photo, click the icon with a person on the left and start typing their name. When they pop up, just tap their name. Tap the second icon to add a location to your photo.
