To switch to Full Screen mode, use the keyboard shortcut – Ctrl + L.

Resize a page to fit the window

1. To resize the page to fit entirely in the document pane, choose View > Zoom > Zoom To Fit Page.
2. To resize the page to fit the width of the window, choose View > Zoom > Fit Width.
3. To resize the page to fit the height of the window, choose View > Zoom > Fit Height.

You can set aLL PDF’s to open in 100% view by going to Edit>Preferences>Page Display>Default layout and zoom. If the creator has set a file to open at a different size, those settings will be ignored.

You can magnify or reduce a PDF by an exact percentage.

1. Choose File > Print.
2. From the Page Scaling pop-up menu, select Tile All Pages to expose the Tile Scale % option.
3. For Tile Scale, type the percentage you want to magnify or reduce the PDF.
4. Click OK or Print.

Fit One Full Page By Default

1. Step 1: Click the Tools option on the Adobe Acrobat DC or the Acrobat Reader DC menu bar.
2. Step 2: Switch to the Accessibility side-tab.
3. Step 3: Underneath the Override Page Display section, check the box next to ‘Always use Zoom Settings,’ and then select Fit Page from the drop-down menu.

If so, open the PDF document in Adobe Acrobat (this will not work in the free Adobe Reader), and bring up the document properties (Ctrl-D or Cmd-D) and go to the “Initial View” tab. Here you can set the default “Magnification” to 75%. After you save the document and re-open it, it should set the zoom level to 75%.

Set a document to open in full screen mode

1. Open the document.
2. Go to Document Properties (File -> Document Properties)
3. Click Initial View tab.
4. Select Navigation tab dropdown and select “Full Screen mode”
5. Click OK.

You have to use the Print to a New PDF option using the PDF printer. Once in the dialog box, set the page scaling to 100% and set your page size. Once you do that, your new PDF will be uniform in page sizes. All pages of the resulting document will be scaled to that size.

You can print the selected area full size or resize it to fit the paper.

1. Open the PDF in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.
2. (Acrobat X/Reader X) Choose Edit > Take A Snapshot.
3. Drag a rectangle around the area you want to print.
4. Choose File > Print.

To change this setting follow the steps below.

1. Edit, Preferences (or Control-K)
2. Choose Page Display in the Categories section.
3. In the Default Layout and Zoom section (top of page), change the Page Layout and Zoom selections to your preference. “
4. Click OK to save your settings.

Select Edit -> Preferences. On the left side of the preferences menu, select Page Display. Back on the right/main section of the window, at the top, under “Default Layout and Zoom,” select “Fit Page” next to “Zoom.” Click OK.

If the Full Screen navigation bar is not shown, you can use keyboard shortcuts to navigate through a PDF. Note: If you have two monitors installed, the Full Screen mode of a page sometimes appears on only one of the monitors. To page through the document, click the screen displaying the page in Full Screen mode.

To go to the next page, press the Enter, Page Down, Down Arrow, or the Right Arrow key.

Zoom slider: Use the zoom controls in the bottom right corner of the window. For more information, see Adjust the zoom level. NOTE: You can zoom in and out with the Ctrl+Plus and Ctrl+Minus keyboard shortcuts. You can also press the Ctrl key and use the mouse scroll wheel to change the zoom.

Make sure your speakers are selected for the active output in Zoom. In the Zoom meeting, Choose Audio > Audio Settings Click the Test Speaker button, if you hear audio this is setup correctly. If you do not hear audio, use the drop down box and select a different output and press Test Speaker again. Repeat this step until you hear audio.
