Change the order of the data series

1. In the chart, select a data series.
2. On the Chart Design tab, click Select Data.
3. In the Select Data Source dialog box, next to Legend entries (Series), use the up and down arrows to move the series up or down in the list.
4. Click OK.

Charts are updated automatically in Excel whenever data changes. Any data changed in the worksheet is automatically updated in the chart.

To use this method, follow these steps:

3. On the Formula menu, click Define Name.
4. In the Name box, type Date.

What is a Dynamic Chart Range? A dynamic chart range is a data range that updates automatically when you change the data source. This dynamic range is then used as the source data in a chart. As the data changes, the dynamic range updates instantly which leads to an update in the chart.
