It only learns one move, Victory Cry. It gets all its other moves from the personas used to fuse it. To fuse Orpheus Telos you need Thanotos, Asura, Chi You, Metatron, Helel, and Messiah.

If you fuse Orpheus away you can get him back by fusing Slime and Legion.

Orpheus’ musical ability is his strength, and his lack of trust and impatience are his weaknesses. When Orpheus was born, Apollo had given him a golden lyre so that he could learn how to make music.

Orpheus Telos can only be obtained by maxing out every single Social Link in one playthrough. Once the protagonist has completed all of the prerequisites, Igor will award the protagonist the Cipher’s Mask AKA the Colorless Mask in the Velvet Room, allowing him to summon Orpheus Telos from the sea of the soul.

Don’t fuse him until you have access to the Persona Compendium. Once you do, fuse him as much as you want. Orpheus or Apsaras equipped with the other in your list of Personas allows you to use Cadenza which helps early game. Fuse away.

In the playable epilogue of Persona 3 FES, titled The Answer, Orpheus becomes Aigis ‘ Persona. During a heated battle against Metis, Aigis summons Athena. At the same time, she awakens to a new Persona and Athena metamorphosed into Orpheus. Orpheus fends off Metis, saving the SEES team from her attack.

Orpheus is a Lv 1 Fool Persona, and is the initial Persona of the protagonist. He makes his first appearance during the protagonist’ attempt at summoning a Persona via the Evoker to fend off the looming Shadows.

Orpheus appears as a DLC Persona, along with an enhanced version called “Orpheus Picaro”, and can be bought at $2.99. Alongside Izanagi, Orpheus is free in the Japanese Deluxe Edition.
