The Army Principles of Unit Training

• Commanders and other leaders are responsible for training.
• Non-commissioned officers train individuals, crews, and small teams.
• Train to standard.
• Train as you will fight.
• Train while operating.

The Army conducts training in three training domains—institutional, operational, and self-development.

Even though hospitals are mostly funded by taxpayers, some hospitals, as well as medical research facilities, receive charitable donations. Besides this, there is increasing trend of privatisation of some hospital services if those services go beyond provincial health budgets.

The amount hospitals bill over what they receive has increased dramatically over the last few decades. Even though hospitals in the U.S. are paid an average of less than 30% of what they bill, their profits margins have averaged around 8% in recent years. 5.
