Right-click on your selected area to remove it from the image. Selecting the image is the hard part. Once you have your dotted line around the image, simply right-click and choose how to isolate the image.

1. You should use the elliptical marquee tool (hold down the shift key) to select perfect circles.
2. Once you select one circle press Cntrl J that will create a new layer with just the area you’ve selected.
3. Repeat step 1 and 2 for all the objects you need on separate layers.

You can edit only one layer in Photoshop using a clipping mask. With an adjustment layer placed above another layer in the Layers Panel, right-click on the adjustment and press Create Clipping Mask to clip it to the underlying layer. Now this adjustment will only edit the one layer it’s clipped to.

To delete a selection, choose Edit > Delete, press the Backspace or Delete key, or choose Edit > Cut. (If you choose Edit > Cut, the selection is copied to the clipboard and you can paste it someplace else.)
