Open the slide that you want to put the screen recording on. On the Insert tab of the ribbon, select Screen Recording. On the Control Dock, click Select Area (Windows logo key+Shift+A), or, if you want to select the entire screen for recording, press Windows logo key+Shift+F.

Start the audio in the click sequence or immediately In Normal view (where you edit your slides), click the audio icon on the slide. On the Audio Tools Playback tab, in the Audio Options group, select In Click Sequence or Automatically in the Start list.

To advance slides automatically:

1. Select the slide you want to modify.
2. Locate the Timing group on the Transitions tab.
3. In the After field, enter the amount of time you want to display the slide.
4. Select another slide and repeat the process until all the slides have the desired timing.

Change the slide master

1. Select View > Slide Master.
2. Make the text, color, and alignment changes you want. If you want to use a predefined theme, select that first by clicking Themes on the Slide Master tab.
3. When you’re done, select Close Master View.
