Prerequisites: At least 4GB of RAM. The server allocates 3GB of memory to Java, and upon launching instantly uses up a gigabyte. It’ll hover around a gigabyte as long as there’s about 4 people and a relatively small amount of chunks being loaded.

Install Voltz

1. Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy.
2. Type in the modpack name (Voltz) or paste the following url into the search box.
3. Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Voltz from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Quick tip: You should always have at least 2 gigabytes (GB) of RAM allocated to “Minecraft.” If you’re planning on using a lot of mods, consider raising it to 4GB or 6GB. Just be careful not to take more RAM than your computer actually has available.
