Udita Goswami hails from Assam. She belongs to Assam’s former Prime Minister, Tulsi Giri’s family. She started modelling when she was in high school. Her mother got her enrolled in the School of Arts and Fashion Technology (SAF), Dehradun and that gave her the confidence to try her luck in Bollywood.

Well, the actress is now married to filmmaker Mohit Suri who is currently shooting the Bollywood adaptation of Chetan’s Bhagat’s book ‘Half Girlfriend’ starring Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor. Udita tied the knot with Mohit Suri after a courtship of nine years and the two are now parents to a baby girl Devi.
