To track down the Fire Ring Blackgaol Knight, you must first travel through the Scorched Ruins to activate the Scorched Ruins Site of Grace. When you reach that area, look west and start riding. You will start to see dead trees and ruins around you, with bird enemies sitting on top of the ruins.
You're in the right place if you keep following the area and see the tall, blue enemies sticking up from the ground. Ride a little further and you will see the Western Nameless Mausoleum, where the Blackgaol Knight resides in the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
