Reaching the Fire Ring Death Knight requires completing one of the dungeons in the Shadow Realm. The dungeon is called Fog Ruins Catacombs and is located through a path to the left of the Castle Front Site of Grace. It's hidden in a misty jungle right after you defeat the small enemies with long crescent blades and a habit of poisoning you.
