First, you need to head to Vernworth, which is the capital of Vermund. The main quest takes you there early in the game, so finding it shouldn't be a problem. Next, you need to find the Rift Merchant located next to the Vernworth Grand Rift Stone. Talk to the Rift Merchant and here you will find many items that can be purchased with Rift Crystals. Rift Incenses can be purchased with Rift Crystals (RC). All of them are quite expensive so you will have to farm for a while to get all the Rift Crystals. Buy the Rift Incense you want to use and head outside the city.
