Windows Task Manager gives you an easy reading of your current GPU temperature. Nothing fancy, but it does the job. Here's how to check GPU temps with Task Manager:

The fastest (and perhaps the easiest) method to launch the Task Manager is to press the Ctrl, Shift, and Esc keys on your keyboard at the same time. Alternatively, you can take the old-fashioned approach by pressing the Ctrl, Alt and Del keys at the same time and selecting "Task Manager" from the options.
