Microsoft has already enabled tabs in File Explorer with the Windows 11 22H2 update. So you no longer need to install Vivetool and enable certain feature flags. Just download the latest update to Windows 11, and tabs will be enabled by default. If it doesn't work this way, go to the next section to enable tabs in Windows Explorer manually.
