As a cross-type Pal, Jormuntide Ignis is a solid companion for higher level fights in the Palworld. Along with fighting endgame bosses or buddies, it can be a good buddy to assign at the base.

You can't breed other Pals with even the best breeding combinations to get it either. However, you can find Huge Dragon Eggs and Huge Burning Eggs near Mount Obsidian on Volcanic Island to hatch Jormuntide Ignis from them.

The huge burning eggs are easy to find in this area, but the chances of getting a Jormuntide Ignis are pretty slim. The huge dragon eggs are already hard to find, but it always guarantees good buddies if you're unlucky enough to get a Relaxaurus from them.
