Before you can get the Ring of Mercy, you need to level up quickly in Palworld and get to level 19. Once there, open the technology tab and unlock the Ring of Mercy with 2 Ancient Technology Points. You get Ancient Technology Points by defeating Tower Bosses and Alpha Pals in the game.
After unlocking the Ring of Mercy, you can get it using two methods. You can either craft it on a high quality workbench or product assembly or buy it from the Wandering Marchent.
