Brightcore is a unique resource in LEGO Fortnite that can be distinguished from any other resource in a survival game. It helps you progress further into the game by unlocking multiple recipes for tools and utilities. As a rare resource, brightcore can be a struggle to find and obtain. You can only find candle core in the lava caves in Dry Valley. They are found in the desert biome. Once there, go on an exploration to find the caves in LEGO Fortnite. You will also find other resources such as copper and obsidian ores in these caves.

Once inside these lava caves, look for the lava flows. Brightcores are located next to the lava flows and mostly stick to the surrounding walls.

The light ores have a bright orange color (similar to lava) that you can see from a distance.
