To get the Carian Sovereignty in the Ring of Fire, you must reach the Cathedral of Manus Metyr. This area is right after you enter the village of Bonnie and cross the town to enter a jungle. When you enter the jungle, follow the path until you find the cathedral in front of a lake. Make sure you have activated Site of Grace.
Now start going down from the hill where the church is. Call up your horse and ride north through the water. Start going down from the mountain and you will see some soldiers waiting. Ignore them and start riding south through a rocky section. If you see roaming wolves around the road, you are going in the right direction.
Continue cycling south until you reach the end of the hilly path. A cave with a beetle hanging from the ceiling will be on the left. Use any weapon that reaches the ceiling and kill the beetle to get the Carian Sovereignty in the Elden Ring Erdtree DLC.
