Starfield, like other RPGs in its genre, has a detailed and somewhat complex crafting system. This of course requires workbenches and, more importantly, resources. One of the most important resources in Starfield is glue. Used for weapon mods and outpost building, you need a lot of this. However, glue is also one of the hardest resources to obtain in the game. Since we needed a few batches ourselves, we decided to look for the best ways to get glue and create a guide for you alongside it. So fire up Starfield and read on as we show you how to quickly get or buy glue in the game.

Glue itself is a rare compound in the game. This means you can't expect all enemy types to drop it easily. While we can buy it from some stores, which we will describe below, let's focus on buying it from plants first. Note though that you can't just go to any planet and get glue due to Starfield's procedural generation.

1. Find and land on "Gagarin" in the "Alpha Centauri" system. Be sure to choose a landing site near the swamp.
