Regional Wealth is the accumulated money for your Manor Lord's city. It is not your money (your treasury) that rules the area. Instead, it's the money your town's families will use to do things like build workshops and gardens, pay taxes, and import goods.

Regional Wealth is basically a measure of how much money your city has together. This has nothing to do with individual families selling things in the market. Instead, it is a more conceptual and large-scale kind of cash that is used to pay taxes, import goods, and achieve certain upgrades. (Regional Wealth is also separate from your city's treasury – it's where the taxes are paid in and used for things like settling new regions or hiring mercenaries.)
