1. You don't need a powerful computer to install and use Auto-GPT. Any decent computer would do the job. The heavy lifting is done by the OpenAI API on the cloud.
2. If you have access to the GPT-4 API, Auto-GPT would work best because it is much better at thinking and coming to a conclusion. It is also less likely to hallucinate.
