Yes. You can tell when someone blocks you on BeReal because you won't be able to see their posts or see their profile at all. I know this because I have created two bereal accounts and blocked the other one. When I logged into the account I blocked, there was no trace of the profile that blocked me.

When someone deletes you on BeReal, you will no longer appear in their friends list, nor will you be able to comment on their posts with anything other than RealMojis. Also, if they have any of their profile settings set to private, you won't be able to see these unless you're on their friends list.
Not being able to comment on someone's content or not being able to see their private BeReal profile are two of the main indicators that you've been removed from their friend list.
