Cleaning up unnecessary apps is rewarding because later you get tons of free storage space to store extra files or install more applications. But at the same time, you can still find an app or game from the phone that you might realize much later. If you uninstalled the said app/game a long time ago and no longer remember its name, there is a way to recover deleted apps and games on Android. This is how you do it.

The Google Play Store keeps track of apps and games you've installed in the past. While there's no way to literally "restore" deleted apps and games back from your internal storage, you can go to the place where you see all the apps you've installed or tried to install in the past and mass-install them on your Android device.

While there's no way to search for an app in the Manage section, you can filter by name if you can barely remember the first letter of the app's name. Even so, if your Google account is old with lots of app install history, it would take you a lot of time to land on the app you are looking for.
