Being able to turn Snapchat's 'My Eyes Only' feature on and off is a great way to hide photos from prying eyes, especially if someone has your phone for a moment. Not everyone needs to see that embarrassing Snap you saved for a special friend. Once a Snap has been moved to the "My Eyes Only" tab, it can be moved back with a few simple taps.

The 'My Eyes Only' feature cannot be turned off or deleted, not in the traditional sense of the word. Once activated, it cannot be removed, deleted, hidden, but it can be ignored. What you do is remove the images from the 'My Eyes Only' tab, making it an empty tab. You can make the passphrase easier to remember by changing it as well.

To get rid of just my eyes, you need to delete everything from the folder. If you have content there, it will remain there until deleted by you. There is no way to just delete the my eyes only folder on Snapchat, you can only delete the memories there.

Since the My Eyes Only feature can't be turned off, to completely empty the folder, you either have to delete everything there individually, or you have to use the Forget Password option to clear the folder completely, but the downside of this is that all your snaps in there will to be deleted.
