Exotic armor in Destiny 2 comes exclusively from Master Rahool, Cryptarch in The Tower, starting with the arrival of 2024's The Final Shape.
Rahool has a rumor bar that resets every episode – Bungie's updated period for seasons, which last four months and have significant updates every six weeks – and you'll only be able to unlock your new Exotics once you've worked your way through Cryptarch's loyalty program.
