It is located beside the Microsoft Office Button. By default it shows three commands; Save, Undo and Redo. When you click the drop-down arrow at the right end of Quick Access Toolbar it offers more commands.

The Quick Access Toolbar, is located above the Ribbon (top-left) and provides access to commonly used features and commands, such as Save and Undo/Redo. Both the Ribbon and the Quick Access Toolbar can be customized.

1. Right-click anywhere on your toolbar and click the Customize the Ribbon button.

The Quick Access Toolbar is located to the right of the Microsoft Office. Button . It contains commands that are used most often, for example Redo, Undo and Save. Word 2007 allows you to customize the Quick Access Toolbar, meaning that you can add and remove commands as you like.

If you can’t see any Quick Access Toolbar at the top of File Explorer’s window, move the QAT below the Ribbon instead. Thus, Clover is one program that removes the Quick Access Toolbar from the top of File Explorer. To get it back, right-click the Ribbon and select the Show Quick Access Toolbar below the Ribbon option.

The Quick Access Toolbar is a customizable toolbar that contains a set of commands that are independent of the tab on the ribbon that is currently displayed. You can move the Quick Access Toolbar from one of the two possible locations, and you can add buttons that represent commands to the Quick Access Toolbar.

Right-click the command you want to remove from the Quick Access Toolbar, and then click Remove from Quick Access Toolbar on the shortcut menu.

1. Open File Explorer.
2. In the Quick Access Toolbar, click the down-pointing arrow.
3. In the menu that appears, click Show Below the Ribbon.

File tab

The New, Open, Save, Quick Print, Undo, Redo, Cut, Copy, Paste, and Run buttons appear on the Quick Access Toolbar, by default. You can also add the commands you use most often.

ALT or F10 to select the active tab, and then LEFT ARROW or RIGHT ARROW. Move to another group on the active tab. ALT or F10 to select the active tab, and then CTRL+RIGHT ARROW or LEFT ARROW to move between groups.
