Unlimited government is when the leaders do not have to follow the laws themselves. This difference is extremely important because a limited government helps make sure that the leaders of the government do not abuse or misuse the power citizens have given them.

Mixed government (or a mixed constitution) is a form of government that combines elements of democracy, aristocracy and monarchy, ostensibly making impossible their respective degenerations which are conceived as anarchy, oligarchy and tyranny.

The Constitution is considered the highest law because it was the set of laws that our nation was founded on. A higher law is a moral or religious principle that is believed to overrule secular constitutions and laws.
