Could FromSoftware have done more with Shadow of the Erdtree's final boss?

5 Elden Ring characters UNMASKED

The entry of the final boss in Elden Ring's latest Shadow of the Erdtree DLC was shocking to say the least, as players got to fight Starscourge Radahn once again, albeit in a different form and power than before. Mohg's sacrifice, made by Miquella after using her charm on the Lord of Blood, allowed one of the most powerful demigods to return. This allowed the empyrean twin to enter Shadow's realm and use Mohg's body as a vessel to bring Radahn back, with some fans now believing that all of the build-up may have gone to waste.

For starters, the final boss of the long-awaited DLC, which is a face that players are already familiar with, has received mixed reactions from the community, and they have now started to point out how Mohg's sacrifice could have been shown better in the final fight.

Similarly, a post made on the Elden Ring's Reddit community has reached every fan's screen, mentioning how just a few horns coming out of Radahn's armor and a single blood spell used during the fight is not enough to show how the demigod uses Mohg like a ship to come back.
