We know for sure that it will be a visual feat and bring some elements to the game that it has never seen before. But the creators of the game are trying to keep it on the latest generation consoles so that more users can enjoy it.
But it's not really in the best interest of the fans. They wonder when the company will decide to make it exclusive to next-gen consoles. When that will happen is unclear but it certainly isn't anytime soon.
