Shadow of The Erdtree is a great DLC without a doubt. But the fact that players have still found flaws makes you want another Elden Ring DLC.

Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree – before you buy

Elden Ring's Shadow of The Erdtree DLC was undoubtedly amazing and is one of the best DLCs ever made. But that's not to say it didn't have its problems. While the whole world loved our long side adventure into the land of shadows, there are a few things to be fooled.

The DLC introduced many new features. It gave us a new world full of new mechanics, weapons and armor. But in trying to make more weapon types, for example, FromSoft overlooked the actual depth of the new weapons. The Smithscript throwing weapon is the best example of this.

One of the biggest things fans were looking forward to in the Shadow of The Erdtree DLC was all the new weapon types and weapons that were promised to us. And we got them, but some of them have been underwhelming to say the least.
