Harrison Ford is set to return to the big screen with Captain America: Brave New World, and this time his role is very different from anything fans have ever seen him in before. While he's embodied a villainous role or two in the past, this one, which will notably mark his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, will see him see red as Thunderbolt Ross.

But since this is a new theme for him to jump into, some couldn't help but draw a comparison between his Marvel character and Indiana Jones in the iconic titular saga. And, funnily enough, and in true Ford fashion, the only response the actor has to this comparison is "complete disdain," as he made clear during the recent Comic-Con 2024 panel.

Following the film's preview and bombastic reveals of new MCU debuts at the recent San Diego Comic-Con 2024, the Brave New World cast sat down to talk about their respective roles in the saga. During this, it was also revealed that Giancarlo Esposito is playing the King of the Serpent Society, Sidewinder, in the film.
