The standard way to measure picture frames is by measuring width by height. So, if you have a 4×6 horizontal photo then the frame size would be a 6×4.

Your choices are:

1. To first crop to 4×6 so you control what gets cut off and what is included. Select and open your photo, click on Edit. Select Crop.

1. We assume that you have powered on the printer, connected it to the PC and put the A4 size paper in the tray.
2. Perform a double click on the Photo you are going to print.
3. Click “Print” tab on the menu bar located at the top and “Print icon” from the drop down on Windows Photo Viewer.

Creating a 4×6 with multiple passport photos Press CTRL+A to select all of the image and press CTRL+C to copy the image. Click Image > Canvas Size. Adjust the Canvas Size to 6in width by 4in height to print on 4×6 photo paper.

Open the “Canvas Size” menu usually located under the “Image” menu. Change the height to 6 inches. If desired, change the color under the “Canvas Extension Color” drop box. Press “OK.” After pressing “OK,” the photo resizes to 6-by-4.
