Oliver manages to capture and unmask The Canary, revealing Sara to be alive. She eventually informs her father, SCPD Detective Quentin Lance, and looks after him and Laurel (who also later discovers she’s alive and is a vigilante). In season three, Sara is killed on a rooftop with three arrows to the chest.

Some time later, it is revealed that Thea Queen killed Sara after being drugged by her father Malcolm Merlyn/Dark Archer as part of a plot to pit Oliver against Ra’s al Ghul.

After Cesar paired Bruno with one of the prostitutes, Imara, and Bruno tried to help her, she disappeared. Her body was found in the finale, presumably murdered by Cesar.

Their conversation specifically reveals this place to be the afterlife, which means that Felicity is dead in the Arrowverse (as of 2040). Since Felicity was alive prior to talking to the Monitor, the Monitor essentially killed her in order for her to see Oliver again.

In the Arrow season 1 flashbacks, Byron Mann’s Yao Fei became the first character to take Oliver under his wing. He’s also the reason why Oliver developed an interest in archery. He started training him shortly after their first meeting on Lian Yu.

Slade, along with every other residents of Earth-1, was killed in an antimatter wave that was sent by the Anti-Monitor on December 10, 2019.

Shado (died 2008) was a lawyer and pre-med student. She was also the daughter of the late Yao Fei Gulong and the twin sister of Mei. Shado is a former mentor/ex-lover of Oliver Queen, as well as a good friend of Sara Lance and Slade Wilson, the latter of whom had feelings for her.

Moira was running for mayor of Starling City but was killed by Slade Wilson with his sword in his mission of vengeance against Oliver.

Slade knew if he were in Oliver’s shoes, he would’ve saved Shado. Since Oliver could’ve and failed to, he’s technically responsible. Then he lied to Slade, betraying him again. That plus mirakuru insanity and that Oliver felt too guilty to try to defend his actions, made him an enemy in Slade’s eyes.

Before Mirakuru, Slade didn’t do anything to hurt Oliver. Once he was injected, he went crazy, and all the stuff on the island happened. Then Season 2. Oliver hasn’t forgiven him and probably will never be able to, but they aren’t enemies anymore.

How did Slade get so rich? He’s Deathstroke. He’s a mercenary. He kills people for money and he makes a lot because there’s no one better.

He did appear in the Season 3 episode “Haunted”. But, he is a figment of Robin’s imagination, due to a dust released from his mask onto Robin, which made him see, hear, and feel Slade. Slade returned in full for Season 4, as the servant of Raven’s demonic father Trigon.

Teen Titans Theory: Slade Is Actually Robin From the Future Cartoon Network’s original Teen Titans cartoon featured many great villains, but none are more iconic to the franchise than Slade. According to this theory, Slade was actually a future version of Robin that the current Robin will eventually become.

In the animated series, Slade was the only main antagonist featured in the first few seasons. He tortured Robin and forced him to do his bidding while he turned the Teen Titans against one another. He also infiltrated their group, finding out everything about them through Terra.

Deathstroke typically is presented as a very professional killer whom only does as he is paid, while he enjoys the hunt and the kill, he is generally not deliberately cruel or sadistic without cause (or money) like the Joker.
