Signed up for an African tour with Tauck for 4 adults and one child. Tauck cancelled the Tour in the summer of 2020. They returned airfare of $27500 and a deposit of $ 2,500 approx. However, they refused to refund the insurance of $3300 approx. Remember THEY canceled the tour but kept the Insurance .
Q. What’s the best thing to say about Tauck hotel?
Tauck is all about your money and them. They could care less about you. The highlight of our trip to Ireland was to stay in the Dromoland Castle, we got there to find out that we were staying in a local Inn that was 1/8 of the cost and they refused to reimburse the difference and acted as if they could care less.
