Q. How much is FIT4MOM?
There is a $79 enrollment fee for all new monthly memberships. If you sign up for membership on the first day of class you pay a $59 enrollment fee. The enrollment fee pays for your equipment and helps to fund our free weekly playgroups. We provide all the materials for you!
Q. Is Boxfit a good workout?
During a Boxercise session you use your entire body and receive a full cardiovascular workout. Boxercise can also seriously improve motor skills, balance, reaction time, and overall agility as we engage hand eye coordination in both hands.
Q. How do you train for metabolic resistance?

- 30 seconds of bicep curls.

Aim to stay active for 20–30 minutes a day. When you first start exercising after childbirth, try simple postpartum exercises that help strengthen major muscle groups, including abdominal and back muscles. Gradually add moderate-intensity exercise. Remember, even 10 minutes of exercise benefits your body.
