For spring and fall 2021, submitting your standardized test scores is optional for all students, including those who are home schooled or attending a non-accredited high school. If you choose to submit official scores, we accept both the SAT (code 5811) and ACT (code 0634).

If you are being treated unfairly in the workplace, there are a number of steps you can take in order to protect your rights:

1. Document the unfair treatment.
2. Report the unfair treatment.
3. Stay away from social media.
4. Take care of yourself.
5. Contact an experienced lawyer.

Outside of the prompts for students applying to the Honors’ College or students who don’t want to submit their test scores as part of their application, the University of Delaware’s only supplemental essay prompt is — wait for it — truly optional.

24-30 (2019–20)

What GPA do you need to get into University of Delaware? Applicants require very good grades in high school to get into UD. The average high school GPA of the admitted freshman class at University of Delaware was 3.5 on the 4.0 scale indicating that primarily B+ students are accepted and ultimately attend.

UD Acceptance Rate: How Difficult Is It to Get In? With an acceptance rate of 60%, the University of Delaware is considered a moderately selective institution. Of their nearly 30,000 applications, about 12,000 are ultimately rejected, and this number is expected to grow in the coming years.

23-30 (2019–20)

Residents need at least a 3.0 GPA to gain admission to University of California schools as freshmen; nonresidents need at least a 3.4. Penn State doesn’t use a GPA cutoff when vetting applicants, Brigger says. In 2015, 34 percent of freshmen at Penn State had a GPA below 3.5, based off U.S. News data.

University Park: 2.5 GPA. Penn State Campuses other than University Park: 2.0 GPA. Applicants who have less than one year (2 or less academic semesters) of attempted college coursework may apply for admission to the College of Engineering pre-major status (ENGR) at a campus other than University Park.

We’ve helped another student with a 4.0 GPA, 1450 SAT, 680 Math Level 2, 730 History, and 2’s and 3’s on AP exams get into Yale. Yes – it’s totally possible. While the odds are against you with a weak academic profile, we’ve helped many students with poor GPA’s / grades get into top universities.

Is a 4.1 GPA good? This GPA is outside of the normal 4.0 range of unweighted GPAs, meaning your school measures GPA on a weighted scale. A 4.1 is a very good GPA. You can expect to be accepted to many selective colleges with a 4.1 GPA.

Depends how low the GPA is. If it’s below 2.5, chances are very slim unless you know someone in admissions. Another thing to take into consideration, that i’ve noticed about a lot of students, is that if they get in with a low GPA, chances are that you’ll also maintain that low GPA at UCLA.

Credit is conferred and units “earned” only when a passing grade has been awarded by the instructor. The grades of A+ and A are weighted with 4.0 grade points, A- = 3.7; B+ = 3.3, B = 3.0, B- = 2.7; C+ = 2.3, C = 2.0, C- = 1.7; etc.

The average high school GPA for admitted students at UCLA is 3.89 on a 4.0 scale. This is a very competitive GPA, and UCLA is clearly accepting students at the top of their high school class.

Just assigned grades for my course at UCLA, actually. A+ won’t mean a damn thing when it comes to your GPA. It will be counted as 4.0 whether it’s an A or an A+.

Unlike many colleges and universities, UCLA has specific minimum requirements that students must fulfill in high school to even apply. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher (although a 3.92 or above is the ideal).
