"X-Men: First Class" featured a scene that had Michael Fassbender dressed in women's clothing, but it ended up on the cutting room floor.
Charles and Erik removed scene from X-Men: First Class
2011's X-Men: First Class is undoubtedly one of the most entertaining films from the X-Men film franchise. With its engaging writing and incredibly commendable performances, the Michael Fassbender starrer was an easy hit with most fans and fan critics alike. But the final clip was not what was originally intended to reach the screens.
Like pretty much every other movie, this movie also went through a lot of editing, and in the process it lost what would have been one of the best scenes in the entire saga. This is because the moment would have involved the universally known vengeful and cruel Magneto donning a woman's dress – something you definitely don't see every day!
While there were quite a few deleted scenes in X-Men: First Class, perhaps none come as close to one of the most iconic moments in the saga as the one with Michael Fassbender in drag. Yes, you read that right because the then 33-year-old actor actually agreed to dress in women's clothing for a scene that unfortunately never even made it to the screens.
