As a director who often works in the field of sci-fi, Ridley Scott directed and created the iconic film Alien from 1979. Starring Sigourney Weaver, the film was something very special.

As Weaver portrays Ellen Ripley's character in the film, all of her crewmates begin to die one by one, dying at the hands of the alien Xenomorph aboard the Nostromo.
