How strong is Yuji Itadori NOW?
Jujutsu Kaisen has slowly but steadily begun to finally shift into the final part of the series. Gege Akutami is dedicated to working to close each chapter just as a new one opens. The latest chapter seemed to address both aspects of introducing something new and closing something old at the same time. Not all of them would make it to the end and that's why their battles can stretch for so long.
The tide turns as the battle progresses and Sukuna's own state becomes increasingly weak. While he struggles to take on so many opponents at once, the others have their own tricks up their sleeves. The latest and most rightful of the lot happens to be none other than protagonist Itadori Yuji.
Chapter 263 of Jujutsu Kaisen puts the fight between Yuta and Sukuna aside and makes room for Todo and Itadori to step back in. As Todo uses the last of his power to fight the King of Curses, Itadori Yuji has his own priorities. He had previously shown that his own affinity with Sukuna's Cursed Technique, Cleave and Dismantle.
