2024 is another big year for Shonen anime, as a new anime Kaiju No. 8 makes its debut later this year. We believe that this anime could be a breath of fresh air in the Shonen genre, as evidenced by the widespread success of the manga. A handful of promos and trailers have been out for a while, but today we've got one final trailer along with some important details about the upcoming anime. The final trailer for Kaiju No. 8 by Production IG was revealed earlier today, and the anime looks amazing. Although we couldn't tell this before, it looks like the animators have done justice to the amazing artwork with the monster battles and all.

Along with the trailer, the anime's release date was announced. Kaiju No. 8 is scheduled to premiere on April 13, 2024 at 23:00 JST (or 07:00 PT).

Also, in a rather unexpected move, the anime has achieved a unique feat as the series will stream weekly with English subtitles on the X (formerly Twitter) platform. We don't know for sure if we will be able to join the broadcast for free right now.
