Leda and her allies await you in the Cleansing Chamber of Enir-Ilim, Shadow of the Erdtree's final dungeon. The closest place of mercy is just before that point, in the Cleansing Room Antechmber, and you must initiate this battle by interacting with the red summon sign she leaves on the floor.
