How to evolve Sujimon as a dragon infinite wealth
In Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth, you can collect your enemies just like you collect Pokemons. You can host fights and use them, but to win those fights you need to evolve your Sujimons.
The game doesn't do the best job of explaining how this development process works, so hopefully this guide can fill in some of the blanks.
To evolve your Sujimons, you must combine other Sujimons. These can either be your committee agents or other Sujimons of the same type. This process is done via the menu in Suji Spot.
