The Grand Theft Auto series has engaged in all manner of crazy silliness for nearly three decades, from sophisticated criminal operations and heists at one end to sandboxes at the other, where the player runs around, blowing things up and attracting increasing amounts of police attention. But Talita, a non-profit agency based in Sweden, decided to use Grand Theft Auto 5 to tell a more important story, focused on rescuing women from the hands of traffickers rather than pursuing personal wealth and indulgence.

Mission Talita is a mod pack that includes four new missions, a custom radio, and real-life stories of women who have worked with the organization to escape trafficking. Built over the course of months by longtime Grand Theft Auto fan and modder FelixTheBlackCat, with support from Vxruz_Dans, the team went to great lengths to ensure it still felt like a Grand Theft Auto experience. It includes a radio station with music from Swedish House Mafia, Sting, Salvatore Ganacci and more. The music is punctuated by facts about Talita's work, similar to Rockstar's satirical in-game commercials and talk shows.
