X Change will host a 'bad' chat show
Monét X Change's Dropout + Drag Race Crossover 💋
This week, Dropout teased the reveal of "the gayest party of your life," and all the geeks (me) who assumed it would be some kind of adventure party are pushing their glasses back up their noses in surprise — and maybe glee. A trailer for Monét's Slumber Party reveals a new structured chat show for the streaming service.
RuPaul's Drag Race winner Monét X Change hosts the series, where pajama-clad guests chat and play "sloppy games," as the trailer describes. Among the guests revealed are Dropout and Drag Race cast members and also plenty of surprise faces, including figure skater Adam Rippon, comedian Atsuko Okatuka and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend's Rachel Bloom.
The worlds of Dropout.tv and RuPaul's Drag Race first crossed last year, with Dimension 20's "Dungeons and Drag Queens," featuring X Change, Alaska Thunderfuck, Bob the Drag Queen and Jujubee, hosted by game master Brennan Lee Mulligan. Dropout announced a second season was in the works last year.
