MSI has today launched the GS65 Stealth Thin gaming PC powered by the latest 8th generation Intel Core i7 Coffee Lake processor. The new MSI unit features a sleek, ultra-portable form factor, thanks to 4.9mm thin bezels and an 82% screen-to-body ratio, giving it an overall smaller footprint compared to other MSI gaming laptops.

The MSI GS65 Stealth Thin runs Windows 10 Home (Windows 10 Pro optional) and features a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS display with an impressive 144Hz refresh rate and 7ms response time for a superior visual experience. The laptop is equipped with a SteelSeries-designed backlit keyboard whose individual keys can be customized to a different shade and lighting effect.

Under the hood, the MSI GS65 Stealth Thin has the 8th generation hexacore Intel Core i7 (8750H) processor, with an Intel HM370 chipset and up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM ticking along. Graphics performance is handled by an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 graphics card with 8GB GDDR5 graphics memory, but MSI also offers a lower version of the device equipped with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card with 6GB GDDR5 graphics memory, both of which have Max-Q architecture.

The device is equipped with MSI's Cooler Boost Trinity thermal management solution that implements separate heat emission systems for the CPU and GPU. The laptop also features the Dynaudio audio system with support for up to 24-bit audio file playback at 192kHz bitrate, and is backed by Nahimic 3 audio technology for a 360-degree virtual surround sound experience.
