The best build for Navia is the "Nighttime Whispers in the Echoing Woods" artifact set along with her signature weapon, Considered Judgement. The same should keep the Attack and Geo Damage bonus priorities in check. The weapon should further increase the total Crit Rate, Attack and Elemental Damage. Her Ascension, on the other hand, should take care of Crit Damage.
The 2-piece Nighttime Whispers set provides an 18% increased attack, while the 4-piece increases the Geo Damage bonus by 16%. The geo bonus is granted when the character uses their skill and activates Heart of Gold for 10 seconds. The damage from this effect is further aggravated when the operator is under a Crystalize shield as the Geo damage is then increased by 150% of the effect's bonus and lasts until one second after the Crystalize shield disappears.
