Joaquin Phoenix and veteran director Todd Phillips rocked Hollywood in 2019 when they released the iconic DC movie Joker. With a great performance by Phoenix and a great plot, the movie was simply extraordinary.

A sequel was soon announced to see more of this crazy clown. Joker: Folie à Deux has generated obscene buzz and seems to be all the internet has been talking about. But Todd Phillips clarified a certain topic fans were dying to know.

As much as it hurts to say, director Matt Reeves' "Reeves-verse" is a separate entity within the much larger DC shadow. With Joaquin Phoenix giving an iconic performance as the Joker, fans were hoping that he would meet Batman soon.
