Despite Antony Starr's criminal record, one of The Boys co-stars came to his defense, in an ironic twist of fate.

Antony Starr does not leave his role in real life :))

Antony Starr's performance in The Boys has put Homelander on par with other iconic Hollywood villains, such as Darth Vader, Hannibal Lecter and Norman Bates. But Antony Starr's co-stars have repeatedly pointed out how unlike his on-screen character the Outrageous Fortune alum is.

However, Starr had opened up about one of his more negative aspects, one that got him into trouble with the law while in Spain. In 2022, the actor was given a 12-month suspended sentence and ordered to pay a $5,500 fine, according to reports from Spanish outlet Información.

Despite the violent confrontation he was a part of, one of The Boy's co-stars came to his defense, who ironically has been tortured and tormented more than a few times by Homelander on screen.
